Are spa treatments included in my stay?
Yes! Everything is all-inclusive including spa services. We will provide a detailed daily schedule and spa arrangements will be arranged for your group without the need to schedule anything.
What style of cuisine do you serve?
We offer a thoughtfully curated blend of Mexican and Italian cuisine. Our menu is primarily vegetarian and also includes fresh fish, fresh fruit, juices, and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests must provide all dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies before arrival so our culinary team can prepare accordingly.
Where is Tulum Sanctuary?
We’re set deep in the jungle of Tulum, Mexico, about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun airport and slightly over 1 hour from Tulum airport. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send detailed directions and can help arrange transfers.
What kinds of treatments do you offer?
Our service menu includes deep tissue massages, hot‑stone massages, Thai massages and, mud baths and wraps. Each session draws on traditional and modern techniques to soothe the body and mind. We also include workshops and activities like breath work and yoga daily. Our newly built Gym is also now open to round out your daily health. and wellness needs.
Is there a set schedule or can I do my own thing?
We can provide a set schedule for each day to maximize your experience and limit the need to plan or think about each day, or we can honor your own unique experience. We are here to make sure you bring your uniqueness while taking advantage of what this special region offers.
Is Wi‑Fi included, and how is the connectivity?
We provide Starlink Wi‑Fi in all rooms. It’s high‑speed satellite internet—reliable even in remote locations. This is available across the entire property and will power the smart TV’s, music systems, and even the cell phones of all guests.
